Every week on a Wednesday afternoon an Open the Book team tell a dramatized bible story to all the children at Combe Down School.
Then on a Thursday lunchtime Claire goes into the school to do Open the Book Club and explores the story in greater depth with the children.
Recently we were looking at the story of Nehemiah rebuilding the walls of Jerusalem, so we built the walls and the gates out of Lego as we discussed it.
