How much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!’ (Matt.7:11)
As a church we want to be a community of people who depend on God for everything. We pray because we’re His children who love to talk to Him; we pray because He tells us to; we pray because He loves to give us things we ask for; we pray because we care about others and the world around us. We pray every Sunday in church and also in various other ways throughout the month. You are warmly welcome to any of the prayer events below.
Prayer in Community
Morning Prayers (online)
Our online morning prayers are held by Christine Absolon on Mondays and Fridays at 9 - 9.30am. We use the Northumbria liturgy, read scripture together and pray for individuals in church, in the community,
for our local area and international issues. We have an active WhatsApp group that flags up prayer requests.
Twice each week (Mondays and Fridays from 8.50 am to 9.30 am) we hold Morning Prayers online.
We use the Northumbria Community Morning Prayer, with plenty of time for open prayer.
All are welcome from our community. The prayer space is hosted on Zoom - please click on the link to join.
You can join by telephone as well - ring 0203 481 5237 or 0203 051 2874 from a mobile or a landline,

We meet every Thursday morning at 7am at Holy Trinity. We begin with worship and reading Scripture together. We seek to look up to our Heavenly Father before we look out in prayer.
Our main focuses for prayer are: Conflict areas of the world and the persecuted church, HTCD and STACC leadership and ministries, and our missionaries.
Everyone is welcome to join us.
The Prayer Gathering
In Holy Trinity, on the 1st Monday of each month at 7PM, we come together as a congregation to pray into situations together with Worship, thanksgiving, quiet and smaller group prayer.
All are welcome, please come along!
