The Bereavement Journey

The Bereavement Journey is a 7 Session programme to help bereaved adults to process their loss.  Guests do their own grief work. Each session comprises two films followed by discussion in a small groups, facilitated by volunteers, and with a break for refreshments. We will cover topics such as attachment and loss, responses to grief, anger and guilt, and moving forward healthily.  Contact Vanessa (pastoral@htcd.church) or Sharon (sharon.blair@htcd.church) for more information or visit thebereavementjourney.org.  The course costs £25.  When you purchase a ticket there is a questionaire to complete which is for the sole purpose of the delivery and management of the course and will be deleted thereafter.
