There are various volunteering jobs that are needed.. but none of them mean you’ll miss all the fun.
If you’d be happy to help with one of the jobs below or want to know what it entails, please let me know:
1. Â Stewards - to be around on the Sat afternoon keeping an eye on things
2. Â Generator monitors - to check and refuel
3. Â Mini marquee team (to move, put up and dismantle a 10x4m Gala Tent)
4. Â Main marquee helpers to assist Archers Marquees with the 24x9m big marquee
5. Â Waste and recycling team - to ensure the event enables as much to be recycled as possible
6.  Tables and chairs movers - plenty to shift from the church rooms etc across to the main marquee   and back again
7. Â Litter pickers - so we leave the beautiful Firs Field beautiful on Sunday afternoon.
8. Â First Aiders - URGENTLY we need a couple of First Aiders - people who have done First Aid at Work (FAW) or Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) courses, who would be prepared to be present Saturday afternoon.
Please get in touch with the church offices at 01225 835835 to sign your name up. Thank you!
